Aggressive expansion: Robles-Santos property firm scoops up 200 hectares
Sta. Lucia Land Inc. of the Robles-Santos group has amassed an additional 197.2 hectares of land in major provinces as part of its growth strategy.
In a statement, SLI said it acquired 18 new properties in Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan, Iloilo, Cebu and Davao.
The company likewise sealed nine joint venture agreements totaling 183.57 hectares in Rizal, Antipolo, Batangas, Pangasinan, Pasig City, Davao, and SLI’s first venture in Quezon province.
“This brings to a total of 4.18 million square meters of joint venture agreements and 3.65 million square meters of land acquisitions for year 2016 to date,” SLI said.
The company is also looking to expand its projects that are already strategically located in areas where new government infrastructure projects will be developed. Some of these projects include the establishment of the six storey Sta. Lucia Business Center located in Pasig City, the two-tower Sta. Lucia Residenzes in Cainta, Stradella Hotel in Cainta, Neopolitan Business Park and Sotogrande Neopolitan Hotel in Fairview
