Andrew Tan’s latest project offers Swiss countryside living

Global Estate Resorts Inc., the township and leisure estate firm of the Megaworld Group, expects to raise about P2 billion from its newest residential enclave in Tagaytay.

Dubbed The Manor, the project is the latest residential development within GERI’s 1,200 hectare Twin Lakes, inspired by the famous chalets in the Swiss Alps.

The 12-story three clustered residential development will offer 129 units with each floor having only 14 units that range from 27 to 55 square meters.

The units will be sold for P160,000 to P180,000 per sqm.

Unit owners get the privilege to experience European countryside living with the very first vineyard expected to rise within the masterplanned community.
