Gotianuns beef up land holdings
Filinvest Land Inc. plans to secure additional land in urban areas to expand its inner-city developments amid strong take up of its vertical residential projects.
The Gotianun family-led property firm recently acquired parcels of land in Manila, Las Pinas City, Quezon City and Dumaguete City.
As of the end of September this year, FLI had a land bank of 2.41 million hectares of raw land, including 264.52 hectares of land under joint venture arrangements.
The company plans to convert these properties into mixed-use developments with residential and commercial components.
Majority of its properties are located in Luzon, a big chunk of it are in Rizal (790.46 hectares), Cavite (364.88 hectares), Laguna (292.78 hectares), and Bulacan (251.17 hectares).
