Consunji family reaps rewards from real estate sales


Mid-sized property firm DMCI Homes sold 35 percent more residential units in the nine months to September this year on strong demand for high-rise condominium projects in Metro Manila.

The number of units sold reached 5,842 as of the end of September, translating to P19 billion in reservation sales or 38 percent higher than the P13.5 billion racked up the previous year.

Among its top-selling projects include Brixton Place, Lumiere Residences and Sheridan Towers, all located in Pasig City.

DMCI Homes has so far launched five new projects this year namely -Alea Residences in Cavite, Brixton Place in Pasig City, Verdon Parc in Davao, Calathea Place in Paranaque l, and The Celandine in Balintawak Cloverleaf in Quezon City.

It is set to introduce two more projects – Oak Harbor Residences, a luxury waterfront property in Bay City and the first project under the DMCI Homes Exclusive line, and Infina Towers, a two-tower high-rise project near Katipunan in Quezon City.

Oak Harbor Residences will sell for P9 million to P34 million each unit.

DMCI Homes said 12 new buildings are now ready for occupancy. These buildings are located in the following projects: Arista Residences, Zinnia Towers, Verawood Residences, The Birchwood, One Castilla Place, Outlook Ridge Residences, and Levina Place.
