Andrew Tan builds first ever commercial center along Bacolod-Silay Airport
Megaworld is further beefing up its presence in the Visayas region with plans to build a mixed-use complex in Bacolod City.
Dubbed Northill Gateway, the 7.5 hectare commercial development is the first ever commercial development along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road, which is Negros Occidental’s tourism highway.
The project will be home to retail shops, restaurants, and leisure and tourism facilities. Construction is expected to start early next year and is slated for completion by early 2018.
“This development will be a refreshing take of the brand of ‘lifestyle mall’ Megaworld is offering in its various townships that is now accessible to the people of Negros Occidental,’ said Megaworld Lifestyle Malls SVP and head Kevin L. Tan.
A leading developer of integrated townships, Megaworld is investing P35 billion in the next 10 years to develop Northill Gateway and The Upper East, another upcoming township near the city center of Bacolod.
