Megaworld expands St. Moritz project in McKinley on strong sales
Bilyonaryo Andrew Tan-owned Megaworld Corp. is building a second tower at its St. Moritz project in the upscale Mckinley West in Fort Bonifacio.
Strong demand from the upper class has prompted Megaworld to expand the project. Suites at St. Moritz are now valued at around P230,000 per square meter, up 21 percent from its price two years ago.
“McKinley West’s strategic location beside Forbes Park and the Manila Polo Club makes it an attractive preference for property investment in the entire Fort Bonifacio. We expect property prices to even go up in the next two to three years,” said Rachelle Penaflorida, VP for sales and marketing.
The nine‐storey tower will be built beside the first tower located strategically along the expansive Le Grand Avenue. It is targeted to be completed by 2019.
St. Moritz Tower Two will have 32 private suites ranging from two‐bedroom to four‐ bedroom, with sizes up to 220 square meters.
It will also offer bi‐level penthouses equipped with elevators that open to their suites’ own foyer area, keyless access to doors and indoor private pools in each suite.
All suites will be furnished with top European lifestyle brands, particularly the Philippe Starck collection of Duravit for bathroom fixtures, Liecht for kitchen design, and Bosch for home electronics.
