Robles-Santos property firm keeps top credit score

 

Sta. Lucia Land Inc. retained its top credit rating from Credit and Investors Services Philippines, Inc (CRISP).

The rating represents Sta. Lucia’s stable financial performance, growing landbank and ongoing brand building activities through its successful joint venture strategy.

CRISP said the firm’s ongoing brand building activities are expected to solidify Sta. Lucia’s brand reputation and firm market acceptance.
