Dennis Uy wants to boost stake in 2Go to 35 percent

 

Udenna Corp., the holding company of Davao-based businessman and Duterte campaign contributor Dennis Uy., aims to raise its share holdings in 2Go by nearly seven percent.

Based on its IPO prospectus, Udenna said it intenda to raise its stake in the logistics giant to 35 percent.

Udenna, bought into 2Go in March, allowing Uy to take take the reins of the logistics firm.

2Go is the country’s largest integrated chain operator with businesses engaged in shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing and express delivery.
