Bianca Elizalde has a chill way of serving picky San Francisco guests
Bianca Elizalde is all chill when she entertains guests in sunny San Francisco.
The wife of broadcasting and arts heir Juan Elizalde revealed on Ig her relaxed method in throwing an outdoor party for guests with too many dietary requirements.
“The perfect, no frills, *throw whatever’s in your ref* sort of way to entertain outdoors when the skies clear over San Francisco– a party of salty and sweet, creamy and crunchy that will appeal to even the most hard to please of guests: your kids, vegetarians and gluten intolerants (um, that would be me!) Think soft truffle cheese, La Tur, Cowgirl Creamery’s Mt. Tam, Gruyere, Manchego and the kid approved Port salut and Boursin, served alongside gluten free crackers (loving sea salt Crunchmaster just in case you’re interested), marinated olives, chips & guac, vegetable crudités (rainbow carrots, celery sticks and bell peppers are my picks) dipped in ranch sauce or an herby, buttermilk dressing, plus some garlic pistachios, raw Californian almonds, organic grapes and cherries, Medjool dates and fig jam. FIG JAM!! My secret weapon. It probably deserves its own post, but for now, know that I’ve been using it on everything–for breakfast on toast and for dinner on duck. A must in my pantry,” @biancaelizalde said.
That certainly sounds like an epic and yummy spread, Bianca! #
