MVP Group opens new NLEX exits to make travel faster and more convenient
NLEX Corp. opened new exits in the cities of Meycauayan and Valenzuela as part of efforts to decongest vehicle traffic in these areas.
“The new exits will address the surge in the number of motorists using the Meycauayan and Paso de Blas Valenzuela exits to help minimize queuing in these areas during rush hours,” said MNTC president Rodrigo E. Franco.
Franco said the new exit aims to decongest the Valenzuela Interchange which caters to about 13,000 vehicles coming in and out of the City via NLEX,” Franco said.
Queuing of large trucks and container vans usually happens during peak hours in the exits to both cities where a substantial number of industrial compounds are located.
“Apart from improving travel, these new exits also aim to further stimulate commerce and development.
“Aside from providing travel convenience, the new exit will also make the industrial hubs and subdivisions in Barangay Lingunan and nearby areas more accessible,” Franco said.
