Australian BPO expands PH operations

 

OOSM Solutions is investing P1.6 billion over the next four years to expand operations in four provinces.

It plans to expand in Cavite, Batangas, Dumaguete and Palawan.

“We are excited about the prospects of expanding further our operations in the Philippines, given the success we experienced during our first year. We will definitely look forward to opening more sites here,” said Linda Salud-Margon, chief executive officer of OOSM.

OOSM, which is part of the LSM BPO group in Australia, operates 75 seats in Makati office.

For the Cavite facility, which is slated to be operational next year, OOSM has alloted a budget of P400 million.

OOSM was established to help small and medium-sized enterprises in Australia and New Zealand to achieve growth and maintain their business by offering tailor-fitted services targeted to meet clients’ rigorous demand.
