PDIC to sell off P105M worth of land across Northern Luzon

Here’s a property acquisition that would help out others in need.

The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will be selling 201 properties across Luzon worth a total of P105.6 million on Monday, Sept. 4. The properties are scattered across Bataan, Benguet, Bulacan, La Union, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Tarlac, and Zambales.

In a statement, PDIC said hundreds of residential and commercial properties will be auctioned off at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas office in San Fernando, Pampanga, where prospective buyers can come and submit their bids.

Once sold, the proceeds will be used to pay uninsured deposits from closed banks.
