Here’s where you can report suspicious emails, transactions for Metrobank


If something seems off, don’t take a chance and report immediately.

Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) has reminded its clients that they never request for sensitive client information through e-mail, so any such approach from an unknown source should be considered as a red flag.

If one encounters an email or message of sorts, the bank is asking the public to report such cases to [email protected] for proper response and resolution.

Important Advisory:

Metrobank will never ask for your account information nor ask you to verify your account details via email.
