Globe subscribers may now call Jollibee delivery hotline for free
More than 59 million Globe customers will now be able to call Jollibee’s delivery hotline for free following the partnership entered into between the Ayala-led telco and the fastfood giant.
“With this new partnership with Globe Business, we will be able to bring the convenience of one nationwide delivery hotline to more customers. Globe Business is an excellent partner for us since they have a high level of expertise in IC,” said Manjie Yap, VP for National Business Channels.
The partnership extends to other restaurant brands under the Jollibee Group — Chowking, Greenwich, Mang Inasal, and Burger King.
“We are highly confident with their infrastructure, back-end and client support capabilities – so we’re sure that we have a reliable partner to bring this service to our customers,” Yap said.
“Nowadays more and more technological innovations are coming out, and of course we are looking forward to maximize this so our customers can benefit more. The ‘Hashtag’ project is just a start of the many innovations we foresee to improve our service,” Yap added.
