Here’s the new name for Postal Bank as it undergoes revamp

 

Change has come in this government-owned savings bank.

Following President Rodrigo Duterte’s Executive Order 44, the Philippine Postal Savings Bank will now be transformed into the Overseas Filipino Bank.

Duterte did good on his promise to set up a government facility that will specifically cater to the needs of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), which has been helping propel growth in the Philippines with their remittances.

Postal Bank will be acquired by the Land Bank of the Philippines and will operate as a subsidiary that will cater to the needs of the families of OFWs.

How does the name sound?
