Smart taps Amdocs to deliver superior customer experience
Smart Communications Inc. has selected US-based software firm Amdocs to enhance customer care as part of its digital transformation journey.
Amdocs, a leading software and services provider to the world’s most successful communication and media companies, will make high quality data accessible in real time to Smart’ nearly 60 million prepaid and postpaid subscribers.

Amdocs will also deliver dedicated consulting services to help Smart formulate marketing strategies based on deep market insights for better business results.
