Sa kotse pa ginawa! Okada Taiwanese exec Andy Chang accused of rape

Okada Manila’s chief marketing officer has found himself in hot water after being accused of rape by a female phone pal.

Taiwanese Andy Chang is reportedly at large after a rape complaint was filed against him by his 23-year-old victim.

In her sworn statement, the woman claimed that Chang raped her in the backseat of his car on September 30 at the parking lot near a mall in Parañaque City.

The incident supposedly took place after Chang treated the woman to dinner at a Chinese restaurant along Macapagal Boulevard.

The woman said Chang offered to bring her home after having dinner. They were together in the backseat of his car, which was driven around by Chang’s chaffeur.

When they got to the parking lot, the woman said Chang asked his driver to leave. He then proceeded to rape her.

The woman said she struggled to break free from Chang, but was unable to do so because he was a big man.

When Chang finished, the woman said she told him she would report him to the police but the Okada Manila executive told her he will pay her any amount she wanted to keep quiet.

The woman said she only knew Chang because he asked for her cellphone number when they met at a coffeeshop in August.

While Chang and the woman have been calling each other since they met, she said they only saw each other again when he invited her to dinner.
