DMCI Homes sells out Sheridan Towers

The property unit of the Consunji family’s DMCI Holdings Inc has sold out its two-tower Sheridan Towers in Pasig City, raising over P7 billion.

DMCI Homes sold the 2,204 total unit inventory.

The turnover of the units at Sheridan Towers’ South Tower is in November next year.

Sheridan Towers, which located near the major central business districts, offers the comforts of resort-inspired living while enjoying all the conveniences of city living.

All towers feature Sky patios and proprietary Lumiventt technology that provide ambient air and light inside the buildings. The Sky Lounge offers a perfect venue for unwinding while gazing at Mandaluyong, Ortigas, BGC, and Makati’s skyline.
