Antonio’s Century Properties expands into high-tech clinics

Bilyonaryo Jose E.B. Antonio has expanded its real estate property to include a P2.49 billion medical tourism facility Centuria Medical in Century City in Makati.

The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) has approved project of Centurial Medical Development Corp., which currently houses 200 specialty clinics, becoming the largest outpatient medical facility in the country. It had a soft opening in June and was inaugurated last month, September.

Century Properties Group Inc. chairman Antonio said Centuria Medical is part of the company’s thrust of building its commercial leasing portfolio and diversifying its recurring income revenue streams. Centuria medical is also an important component of its strategy of having a complete, integrated community at Century City.

Centuria Medical Makati is a one‐stop, outpatient medical-IT facility located at the heart of Century City, Makati, Philippines, which will house more than 700 clinics.

As a techno‐medical institution, Centuria Medical Makati aims to provide an efficient clinic environment for doctors and equally, hassle‐free patient‐centered services to all guests. All these, plus a modern carefully designed interior space, contribute to the unique and holistic healing experience within the building.

The facility aims to become the premier outpatient center for global health and wellness in the Philippines – transforming lives, enhancing ideals, and taking healthcare delivery into the new Century.

It seeks to provide doctor-partners with a venue to optimize the business potential of their practice by making Centuria Medical Makati a strongly-IT driven facility with access to emerging international markets and a high patient catchment area.

Aside from the targetted 700 specialty clinics, office suites and support facilities, the 28-story medical facility will also feature 18 commercial spaces for dining, and wellness and pharmacy outlets.
