Cebu Pacific seeks more flights to Indonesia

 

Gokongwei-owned budget carrier Cebu Pacific is seeking more flight entitlements to Indonesia.

The airline filed a petition before the Civil Aeronautics Board seeking additional flight allocations to Denpasar, Indonesia under the ASEAN Multilateral Agreement on Full Liberalization of Passengers Air Services.

Cebu Pacific flies to Bali and Jakarta in Indonesia.

Data from the Department of Tourism showed that tourist arrivals from Indonesia reached 37,916 from January to August this year.

Cebu Pacific covers over 100 routes across 26 international and 37 domestic destinations, spanning Asia, Australia, the Middle East and US.

It has a fleet of 59 aircraft comprised of one Airbus A319, 35 Airbus A320, eight Airbus A330, eight ATR 72-500, and seven ATR 72-600 aircraft.

Between 2017 and 2022, Cebu Pacific expects delivery of seven Airbus A321ceo, 32 Airbus A321neo, and nine ATR 72-600 aircraft.
