Metro Pacific tollway firm optimistic about hitting P10B revenue goal
NLEX Corp. is on track to meet its P10 billion revenue target this year on higher vehicle traffic at the North Luzon Expressway and the Subic-Clark Tarlac Expressway.
The company is banking on the expected 4.3 percent growth in vehicle traffic at NLEX to 240,000 per day.
NLEX president and CEO Rodrigo Franco the number of vehicles was also forecast to increase to 50,000 per day.
In the first half, NLEX reported a net income of P2.3 billion on the back of an eight percent hike in revenue to P5.7 billion.
