Sta. Lucia Land posts robust growth

 

Sta. Lucia Land Inc. grew its nine-month income by 31 percent to P700.5 million on higher real estate sales.

Revenues amounted to P420.9 million, up 18 percent year on year as real estate sales went up by P267.14 million.

Rental revenues expanded by P65.5 million due to an increase in the number of mall tenants.

Commission income was generated by the group’s marketing unit Santalucia Ventures Inc. which contributed P75.66 million.

Total expenses increased by P189.36 million to P1.8 billion due to the significant increase in interest expenses as new loans were availed during the period.
