Night club king Jolly Ting raises stake in water firm

 

Jolliville Holdings Corp. is further expanding its presence in the water distribution business with the acquisition of additional stake in Philippine H20 Ventures Corp.

Owned by night club owner Jolly Ting, Jolliville approved to increase its stake in H2O from 58.17 percent to a maximum of 63.17 percent.

“The contemplated transaction shall be coursed through the market

at prevailing market prices,” JOlliville said.

Jolliville has interests in several industries which include trading, business process outsourcing, power generation and water distribution.
