PhilWeb buys Cainta e-Games station

 

Listed gaming technology firm PhilWeb Corp. has acquired an electronic bingo games site in Cainta.

The transaction was made through a share swap.

Philweb issued 2.25 million Philweb shares to Chung Bu Gaming Corp. as.payment for the purchase.

Philweb recently obtained the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.’s green light to resume operations.

It has been acquiring e-gaming parlors over the past months in exchange for shares of its company.
