Cher Tiu returns to Manila for ‘hedonistic weekend’
The daughter of Tagaytay Highlands co-founder Jerry Tiu has found herself in the highest level of culinary indulgence.
Cheryl Tiu certainly had a blast with family at Sagana Epicerie and Bistro in BGC.
“A hedonistic weekend in Manila that began with a boozy Saturday brunch (Egly-Ouriet Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs + Dominus Estate Christian Moueix 1987, anyone?!🍾🥂🍷💃) and some of the best French bistro fare in town: escargot, my fave beef tartare (the very last photo👉), foie gras pate (and I thought I was so over foie gras!!🙄), lamb, goat cheese salad, onglet.. chef Mark Aubry’s *CLASSICS* (from his Je Suis Gourmand and Champetre days) are always on point; you can’t go wrong with them.👌👌👌 omg I ate (and drank!) soooo much.. what else is new!😫😅😋Thanks so much for a fab meal, Aku Alex- a blast catching up with family.❤️❤️❤️ #weekend #frenchfood #champagne#wines #family #stuffed” @chertiu said.
