Floirendo Group to spend P1B for seaside township

Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) has earmarked about P1 billion for the development of a 12-hectare mixed-use complex on Samal Island in Davao.

The seaside leisure community to be called Bridgeport will feature a marina which can accommodate 50 boats, a 200-room hotel, commercial component, 20 premium lots, and medium-rise condominium buildings.

DLI vice president Ricardo F. Lagdameo was quoted by BusinessWorld as saying that the lots range from 400 to 500 square meter lots valued at a P10 million.

Davao remains an attractive location for local and foreign property firms, driven by the manufacturing and outsourcing sectors.
