Daming reklamo ng Smart,Globe: Duterte to build common tower for all telcos with military security

President Rodrigo Duterte is planning to bankroll the construction of a “common tower” to end the endless gripes by the Smart-Globe duopoly on the huge costs, difficulties, and security risks of building their own cell sites.

Communications Secretay Martin Andanar said that this proposal was taken up during the recent Cabinet meeting which dwelt on the sinister moves of PLDT-Smart’s Manny V. Pangilinan to block the entry of a third telco player handpicked by Duterte.

Nababantayan pa ng sundalo,” said Andanar in a TV interview.
