Cher Tiu still on cloud on 9 after meeting renowned Spanish-American chef Jose Andres

 

The daughter of Tagaytay Highlands co-founder Jerry Tiu was all praises for the internationally-recognized culinary innovator.

Cheryl Tiu could not stop gushing over meeting Chef Jose Andres in Madrid.
