PDIC to sell 5 markdown Hi-Ace vans

 

These vans could be yours for a little over P700,000.

The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) wants to sell five Toyota Hi-Ace commuter vans, as the firm is looking to turn idle assets into cash.

In a statement, the deposit insurance firm wants to sell the cars for a combined minimum disposal price of P713,000.00 by Wednesday, March 7. It’s a solid deal, as the vans cost at least P1.3 million each if bought brand new.

The catch: the vans will be sold on “as-is, where is” basis via public bidding. However, the units can be inspected until March 5 at the PDIC office in Makati.
