BDO says sorry for ATM, cards downtime on Saturday

 

This bank apologized to clients who complained losing access to their money.

BDO Unibank, Inc. issued an apology on Facebook after receiving reports that its automated teller machines (ATMs) went offline on Saturday, June 2. Netizens were quick to report that most ATMs and transactions they did via their BDO accounts could not get through.

The bank cleared the air hours later.

“Select banking facilities earlier affected by a service interruption are now back to normal. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding,” BDO said.
