Megaworld eyes P110B reservation sales in 2018
The property arm of tycoon Andrew Tan expects reservation sales to hit P110 billion this year, banking on the continued strong demand for its products.
Megaworld Corp. is rolling out P80 billion worth of projects across all segments this year or more than double P39 billion worth of projects launched in 2017.
Around 70 percent of this year’s new launches will rise in Arcovia City in Pasig City; Capital Town in Pampanga; Iloilo Business Park in Iloilo City; Maple Grove in Gen. Trias, Cavite; The Upper East in Bacolod; Westside City in Paranaque City; McKinley West and Uptown Bonifacio in Taguig; as well as in Makati CBD and Manila City.
Tourism arm Global-Estate Resorts Inc.will account for 15 percent of the new launches in Twin Lakes near Tagaytay; Southwoods City in Biñan, Laguna; and in Ortigas CBD.
The balance will come from low-vost housing unit Suntrust Properties Inc. through residential launches in Quezon City, Cavite, Davao, Baguio and in the Bicol Region.
Reservation sales for the first five months had already reached P73 billion or two-thirds.of the company’s full year target.
