PDIC eyes P30M from asset sale
This deposit insurer wants to raise more funds.
The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) announced another round of auctions this month.
In a statement, the PDIC said an auction is scheduled on June 28 for 55 assets from closed banks.
The deposit insurer wants to raise a minimum of P29.9 million from the sale.
“Up for bidding are 41 residential lots, eight residential lots with improvements, two commercial lots with improvements, two motor vehicles and two generator sets,” the PDIC said.
The properties are located in Metro Manila, Agusan del Norte, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Bukidnon, La Union, Laguna, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Oriental, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, Rizal and Surigao del Norte.
Interested buyers need to submit their bids at the PDIC office in Makati City.
