The third biggest loser is former Senator Manny Villar whose fortune shrunk to $3.6 billion in June 30, down by 13 percent from $4.1 billion.

Ports and casino bilyonaryo Ricky Razon managed to climb back to third place in the ranking despite losing $300 million last month to $3.6 billion, down by 8 percent.
