Century Properties aims to quadruple lease revenues to P1.5B
Century Properties Group expects revenues from lease operations to grow more than four-fold to P1.5 billion by 2020 as it expands its office portfolio.
The property firm owned by the family of Amb. Jose E.B. Antonio aims to more than double gross leasable area in the next three years with the opening of office towers in Taguig City and Makati City.
From its current GFA of about 133,000 square meters, CPG expects this to increase to about 300,000 square meters by 2020 once the leasing projects are completed.
Located in Bonifacio Global City, the Asian Century Center, an office tower project in partnership with Asian Carmakers, is slated to open in September.
Another office building at Century Makati City is opening in 2019. This is in joint venture with Mitsubishi Corp.
