Citystate puts up P14M worth of shares to investors


Do you want a stake in this thrift bank? Now’s your chance.

Citystate Savings Bank, Inc. said it will finally offer the remaining portion of its authorized capital stock to willing investors.

In a disclosure, the bank led by Ambassador Antonio Cabangon Chua said the board has approved the issuance of 1,434,802 shares, representing the unsubscribed amount of shares of stock.

These shares are valued P10 apiece, which will yield a total of P14.3 million.
