DFNN is taking over POGO operator Kirschner Games

 

IT solutions provider DFNN Inc. is acquiring 100 percent of Kirschner Games International Inc. at a still undisclosed price.

Kirschner is a licensed c by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.

In a stock exchange filing, DFNN said it was acquiring 25.02 million shares of Kishner.

The acquisition was in line with efforts to increase the subsidiary portfolio of DFNN as well as to create a new stream of revenue for the company.

DFNN approved the incorporation of three subsidiaries to engage in providing software development, new gaming technology; and IT services.
