Liz Uy’s tell-all missing the truth! Friend recalls Dr. Ging Zamora’s painful breakup with Xurpas CEO
Time does heal all wounds but its been the support, love and empathy from family and friends that helped Dr.
Geraldine “Ging” Zamora, the ex-wife of Xurpas CEO Raymond Racaza, recover from a painful marital separation.
The rheumatologist and TOYM awardee may have lost the love of her life and the father of her daughter to another woman but she will always have her loyal friends by her side through thick and thin.
Following Liz Uy’s interview with the Philippine Star, wherein the celebrity stylist revealed that Raymond was the father of her son, Ging’s friend and councilor Doray Delarmante has bravely come forward to shed light on the issue and defend her pal from what she perceived was a one-sided article.
“ I am not a writer. (I just write in my facebook page. 😂) I am a doctor and a public official. But I am compelled to write this because I believe that everyone deserves to know the TRUTH. Everyone deserves to know what a kind and selfless person Dra. Ging is,” said Delarmante, who’s been friends with Ging for nearly two decades already.
In her Facebook post, Delarmante revealed the pain Ging had to endure when Raymond filed for annulment of their marriage.
“I felt your pain when he filed the annulment, and during the first court hearing last MAY 2017, and even more pain when the judge signed the petition last JANUARY 2018. I felt your pain after your court hearing. You were very anxious and sad. I remember you telling me that when you took the stand for the annulment, detailing your private life to complete strangers, it was a very harrowing experience for you. You broke down. A person as nice as you do not deserve that kind of experience. You and your daughter do not deserve that!,” Delarmente said.
“It is hard to lose someone you love to someone else … but I know that what hurt for you more is thinking of the pain & trauma that this will cause your daughter. As a mother, I feel you.”
“Think of this as a big bump in the road. And you, being a strong person, alam ko kaya mo ito. 👊🏻 Always remember that you have a lot of friends, and we will all be here for you as you have always been here for us,” she added.
