Ayala-Aboitiz group to invest P15B in planned national ID system

 

A consortium composed of conglomerates Ayala Corp. and Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. plans to fork out around P15 billion to develop the national ID infrastructure system.

The proposed project with Unisys Philippines involves the development of a centralized identification system for Philippine residents.
