Megaworld Corp. is eyeing P4.5 billion in sales from its 40-storey Makati residential condominium project San Antonio Residence.

The property firm is expanding the project with the addition of a new wing slated for completion in 2020.

The project is expected to be one of Megaworld?s biggest residential developments in Makati City.

The expansion, which comprises the development of the East Wing, will provide an additional 478 units to bring the total number of units to 956. The new units will feature morning sun units for studio to three-bedroom units.

Located along Sen. Gil Puyat Ave. and Calle Malugay in San Antonio Village, the San Antonio Residence was launched in 2015.

?San Antonio Residence?s West Wing is now 90-percent sold and we still continue to receive inquiries about the project,? said Eugene Em Lozano, Megaworld VP for sales and marketing for the Makati Group.

Among the company?s residential developments in Makati include Greenbelt Hamilton in Legazpi Village; as well as The Ellis, Three Central, Salcedo SkySuites and Paseo Heights in Salcedo Village.
