There are at least four major career movements within the bank this month.
East West Banking Corp. has announced several changes to its officials which take effect this October after the resignation of its chief finance officer (CFO) spurred a shake-up in bank executives.
Following the resignation of CFO Maria Alicia Arnaldo last August, a number of people have been appointed to new points as they move up the ranks. Executive Vice President Rhodora Lugay has been named as her replacement effective Oct. 1, EastWest said in a disclosure.
Other appointments made were Senior Vice President Ermelndo Andal, who now sits as Operations & Information Technology Cluster Head; Manuel Joey Regala, first vice president and Chief Information Security & Data Protection Officer effective Oct. 16; and Roberto Ramos, SVP and Trust Officer.
