Sun Life’s Riza Mantaring to step down as CEO

 

An insider will inherit the top post.

Sun Life Financial Philippines country head and chief executive officer Riza Mantaring will be retiring by June 30, 2018.

Mantaring will leave Sun Life, which has remained as the biggest life insurance company in the country, after 26 years.

Taking her place is Benedict Sison, who currently sits as Chief Strategy and Financial Management Officer. He also serves as president of the Sun Life Prosperity Funds, Inc. and Grepalife Funds Corp.
