Encouraged by the success of its affordable housing projects, 8990 Holdings is embarking on its latest venture, Urban Deca Homes Ortigas.
Located within a 13-hectare property along Ortigas Avenue Extension, Urban Deca Homes Ortigas will house 22 buildings with over 19,000 units upon its completion.
Targeting young professionals and starting families, the project will offer larger units, more open spaces, and wider road.
?This project is very exciting for us since it is our first large scale development located very close to the city?s central business districts,” said Willie Uy, president of 8990.
8990’s first high rise building in Metro Manila, the 42-storey Urban Deca Tower Edsa, has already been fully sold and completed within just 21 months after it was launched.
The company is in the process of completing 1,024 units at Urban Deca Homes Campville in Muntinlupa City.
It is also working on its other project, Urban Deca Homes Manila, wherein P8 billion has been earmarked through 2020.
8990 expects to generate P20 billion from the project.
