Got P50K? Invest in Metrobank’s long-term notes
This bank is looking for fresh funding.
The Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) is joining the capital-raising party this September.
The bank owned by bilyonaryo George SK Ty announced its latest offer of Long-Term Negotiable Certificates of Time Deposit (LTNCDs) from Sept. 17-28, 2018.
Interested investors can tap the notes with a placement of at least P50,000, plus increments of P10,000 thereafter. The notes will earn 5.375 percent per annum, Metrobank said in a disclosure.
Metrobank will be the sole arranger and bookrunner, while Standard Chartered Bank and First Metro Investment Corporation will also act as selling agents.
