Philippines Urban Living Solutions (PULS), a subsidiary of SM Investments Corp., has broken ground on a seven-story 1,000-bed dormitory in Makati City.
Located along Kalayan Avenue, MyTown Los Angeles, is targeted to open in 2020.
“We’ve continued to innovate our product, and that’ll really show at MyTown Los Angeles. This project brings location, an ecosystem for people to live, work and play, and modern facilities and amenities together while giving our tenants the familiar overall MyTown experience. This is one of our most exciting projects yet,” said PULS Group director Jelmer Ikink.
PULS has 16 dormitories in Metro Manila that serves more than 10,000 young professionals with a total of 3,000 beds.
