Vince Dizon, Presidential Adviser for Flagship Programs and Projects, got pissed at a briefing he hosted in Malacañang Wednesday.

Dizon, who is also president of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority based in Clark, got irked after he was quizzed by GMA News reporter Joseph Morong on the number of projects that have been completed under the Duterte administration’s “Build, Build, Build” program.

The government recently announced that the number of infrastructure projects under the pogram increased to 100.

“I don’t know if you refuse to hear,” Dizon told Morong, who was just seeking a clarification.

Morong didn’t stop there as he asked if it was okay to describe projects from the old list as “shelved:”

“Masama ba yung word na ‘yun? Ginamit ko eh, ibig sabihin gusto ko,” said Dizon.
