Unicorn startup Revolution Precrafted Inc. of businessman Robbie Antonio has teamed up with the Panlilio family’s Boulevard Holdings Inc. (BHI) to develop a new resort and residential complex in Puerto Azul in Cavite.
The project which will rise on a 13-hectare property inside Cavite’s golf and resort destination, is expected to generate P3.4 billion in revenue from phase 1 development alone.
Initially named Rogue Resorts and Residences, an initial 3.4 hectares
will be developed as part of the first phase. It will feature a total
of 783 luxurious condominium units, cluster homes, villas and curated
Construction of first phase will take two years while the remaining nine hectares will be developed in the next five years depending on market demand, Antonio said.
“A part of our goal is to make Rogue Resorts and Residences a
popular destination for leisure and hospitality. We have plans to
enter into an asset-management agreement with the homeowners in case
they want to lease their units to guests,” he said.
Rogue Resorts and Residences is also being positioned as an
eco-sustainable complex that will spearhead sustainability efforts and
introduce eco-friendly amenities and tours.
Mike Panlilio, SVP resident for hotel operations at BHI, said they continue to hold talks with Revolution Precrafted for other portions of the expansive Puerto Azul property.
“The 13-hectare property for Rogue Resorts and Residences is just the
beginning of what we hope to be a long-term partnership. We are considering the expansion of this partnership in the years to come. This is in line with BHI’s goal of strengthening our interests in leisure and hospitality,” Panlilio said (PNA)
