Another POGO player bit the dust for failure to pay taxes.

In a statement, the Bureau of Internal Revenue said it has shut down the Pasig office of XPOINT Technology Phils. Corp., a service provider for offshore gaming firms based in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone.

XPOINT is not registered with the BIR and is neither paying value-added taxes.

The Pasig office was padlocked on Jan.10.
