PayMaya Philippines Inc. has teamed up with the Valenzuela City government to provide end-to-end cashless payment solution.
Under the partnership, business owners and residents can conveniently settle their fees using a PayMaya account as well as any debit or credit card at Valenzuela City Government website via PayMaya checkout.
“As part of our commitment to the Ease of Doing Business Law, we’re constantly improving our integrated permit application system using digital technologies for the benefit of our residents and more than 18,000 businesses in the city,” Valenzuela City mayor Rex Gatchalian said.
PayMaya founder and CEO Orlando Vea said the partnership would help in fostering growth and development in Valenzuela City.
Last Nov. 12, the City of Valenzuela introduced the Paspas Permit, the country’s first end-to-end online business permit application system that allows business owners to secure their provisionary business permits within 10 seconds after confirmation of their payment.
Paspas Permit is the flagship system of the upgraded Valenzuela City 3S Plus Online Services platform that allows residents to easily process building and construction permits application, and real property tax payments, and conveniently request for certified true copy of tax declaration, tax mapping certificate, certificate of non-improvement and appraisal of real property, and certified true copy of birth, death, and marriage certificate.
PayMaya is the only financial technology company in the country that offers end-to-end payment solutions with the widest on-ground branch network. It is the first to give millions of Filipinos an e-wallet that allows them to pay cashless transactions at any time of the day, anywhere in the world, and from any device.
