Bilyonaryo Andrew Tan’s Megaworld Corp. is building a new 16-storey residential project within its township in General Trias, Cavite which is estimated to generate P1.4 billion in sales.
Located inside the 140-hectare Maple Grove, La Cassia Residences will offer 238 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 27.5 square meters to 88 sqm.
The residential tower is targeted for completion in 2025.
“There is a growing demand for residential condominiums in this part of Cavite especially among the next generation Caviteños who are excited to see the next phase of Cavite and experience a more dynamic lifestyle,” said Eugene Em Lozano, first vice president for sales and marketing at Megaworld.
Megaworld is also building a two level “greenhouse-inspired” Maple Grove Town Center, its first mall development in General Trias.
The township, estimated to cost around P15 billion, will also have a chapel, transport hub, biking and jogging track, futsal field and a six-lane Maple Grove Boulevard.
