A portion of a building in Makati City collapsed Thursday morning, local officials confirmed.
According to SM Development Corp., the “facade wall of the parking level at Jazz Mall in Makati sustained damages that caused its outer slab to collapse.”
The Makati Fire Department has responded to the scene, while the Makati Traffic unit confirmed that the collapsed portion was from the fifth floor of the parking building of Tower B.

Netizens residing near the area reported a “loud crash” from the vicinity of the condo.
